There are lots of different bots out there and you can choose from a wide variety of models. Some of them are good, and others are not the best for your needs. In the search for the best one, a lot of people ask themselves, which one is better, the ChatMatic bot or the ManyChat option?

ChatMatic bot

This bot has some advantages and some disadvantages too, of course. One of the best things is that this bot appears on the side of your web page and when someone wants to ask a question they’ll click the place for writing the text.

However, before they can talk to anyone, the system will ask them to connect through their Facebook account. The good thing here is that almost everyone on this planet has a profile there if they have internet access.

When they allow the page to connect them directly through the social network, you automatically get access to their e-mail addresses and their profile. Another cool thing is that you can connect the bot with Zapier and then automate everything. You can make it talk to clients and potential customers. You can program it to talk to them and entertain them.

They can ask questions that people can answer by clicking some of the options. Doing this, they’ll get to a phase where they’ll give you more information about themselves which you can later use for more marketing needs. Things like sending a message through social networks, involving them in campaigns, communicate through e-mails, etc.

ManyChat bot

This one is similar in the sense of connecting through Facebook. It’s a bot that is able to connect the customers with the service through the social network and lead a standard conversation. It’s good because when the customer logs in with their profile, you get to see some of the valuable information needed for further marketing campaigns.

A great thing with this option is that it has a ton of different looks and you can choose from any of them to set it on your page. Not every look will be perfect for you, so make sure you browse a little through the options until you find the perfect one.

The live chat option is a feature that makes a difference. The bot has a lot of automated answers but when there’s something it can’t answer, it automatically connects with a live person who can answer instead of them. The interface is excellent because it is made really simple. All you need to do is right there and accessible. You won’t need to spend hours on research and learning how to do something. Everything’s right there and you’ll be able to do a simple job without asking for help from anyone.

Which one is better?

The basic function of the bots is to communicate with the clients and provide answers for them. Since they both do this, we can say that they are both good. Everything else from here is a matter of personal perspective and a choice of your own.

Still, having in mind that you’re probably looking for a tool that will be able to make a list of people who can be then contacted and the ability to do it with more several programs is also a plus for the first option we talked about – the ChatMatic. Through Zapier, you can connect with a lot of other programs and with it make it useful in many different fields.

That makes this option an overall better choice. However, no one should write the other option off, because it’s not a bad choice, but if we must make a choice then this is it.

Whenever a customer comes to your page, they’re going to see something they are interested in. Whether it be a price, additional information about some product or something else. The bots are there to give the visitors an instant and precise information.

They are there to entertain, be useful, and make the whole page richer. What is more important is that it is proven that they increase sales. People who hesitate whether something’s worth to purchase or not can often make up their mind with the help of an artificial person that will lead them on the way to make a decision of some kind.

Another thing is that these kinds we mentioned are capable of gathering more information that you can find highly valuable later.
